A delicious vegan Caesar salad style dressing recipe for you today! It’s so easy, you basically add everything to a blender and pour! Yum! Don’t forget about those crouton showers!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw cashews (pre-soaked in water or boiled in water for 12 minutes - omit these steps if you have a high powered blender)
1/3 cup water
The juice of 1/2 a lemon 
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 teaspoon kala namak salt (black Indian salt)
1/2 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce 
1/4 teaspoon salt (I use iodized salt) 
A few cracks of black pepper 

Directions: 

1. If you pre-soaked your cashews or boiled them, drain them and add them to your blender. You may omit the soaking or boiling if you have a high powered blender. 
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until perfectly creamy.
3. Serve as the dressing for a delicious Caesar salad, topped with extra nutritional yeast and pepper. Enjoy!
