Can you make a video talking about switching up workouts? How often to do it and how different they should be?

question, so I work out consistently but the thing is I do the same workouts but I switch around the order of the workouts every week, is that okay ?

I’ve seen a lot about going to failure but does that just mean like move up weight until you can’t anymore? Or reps until failure of your usual weight
