No but freal. This video was a bit cringey for me but it showed where I’m at currently.
For someone who practiced yoga whilst BIG pregnant without any issues to being extremely stiff and trembling while doing simple poses, this video almost made me cry. It was a humbling experience this morning but it was also a reminder to keep moving and finding ways to reduce stress within my body.
I’m going to try to be more active via practicing yoga everyday and getting myself into a routine. I might post here everyday to hold myself accountable for it too!
