Hear me out here, give that time some time! In a world that’s so “instant” it’s no wonder we want magical overnight outcomes I get it.
Along with hitting say an 8 week mark and going on an absolute bender to celebrate, celebrate by all means but reverting back to habits that don’t serve you will leave you in a cycle of unhappiness, disappointment and lower results.

“You have to eat everything on your plate”

I get it coming from a reasonably big family and you might too or on a budget along with the cost of living - food waste can be a biggie and I get that, but not at the cost of your health and habits.
Your left overs can always be made into more meal prep, next day omelettes, vegetable bake or used in the compost bin. I love giving my clients strategies to utilise the most out of their produce.
How many of these above apply to you?
I know a habit I formed while flatting at 16 was to hoard too much food in my freezer incase I quote “ran out” due to not always being able to afford certain things.
But as a 32 year old I’m definitely not eating as much ice cream as 12 year old me thought adult me would be eating.
