A quick little working mom and I did this week. The house felt unsettled. We both felt needlessly anxious. We were out of bay leaves so this is what we did.
Supplies
One black candle
Candle holder
Cloves
Cinnamon
Rock Salt
Small bowl
Steps
1. Put candle in a firm-fitting candle holder.
2. Light candle.
3. Mix cloves, cinnamon and rock salt in small bowl.
4. Pray over, state intention, and/or charge mixture as you choose.
5. Carefully spoon mixture around the base of the candle.
6. Allow candle to burn.
