Have you ever tried using BEPPS Snacks as a coating on chicken? @stacey_and_three did exactly that, using BEPPS BBQ flavoured pea snacks to make a crumbly flakey crispy BBQ chicken dish!😋
Taking inspiration from @fraz_invsoutnutrition, we used:
200g chicken breast 🍗
1/2 packet BBQ BEPPS Snacks 💜
1 tbsp of garlic, onion and BBQ 🧄🧅
3 eggs 🥚
2 tbsp of honey and BBQ sauce 🍯
Chopped up the chicken breast.
Made the coating mixing BEPPS BBQ popped snacks, garlic salt, onion salt, BBQ seasoning and honey together.
Dip the pieces into the egg and pop it in the air fryer.
Dip into BBQ SAUCE for that extra BBQ effect 🙌
