Here is a hard truth :
I dieted for so long and tried everything under the sun. You name I’m sure I’ve tried it.
Do they work absolutely they do - anything that you try and stick with it and you are consistent - it will work.
But ask yourself is it sustainable? Is it something you can do long-term, because the moment you stop that diet you will gain the weight back.
Unless you plan on being on the same diet the rest of your life than you need to start looking for a different option.
Transitioning from the diet culture mentality to eating in moderation - my life has changed so much.
I feel so much better physically and mentally - and the energy that I have now can not compare to the energy I had when I was dieting.

I look at food as fuel - and i control what food i put in my body. Food no longer controls me! Changing my mindset took some work but it has been worth it.

1 tbsp of peanut butter
