Why does it seem so easy to dodge the fresh and whole food section and so hard to resist the bakery and sweets isle? Ever thought of that?
Big food companies has for decades utilized psychology and conditioning to trap us into this but you can break free and get your health back. I went from being 105lbs overweight, taking 20+ medications a day, and having 3 heart attacks... literally reached the bottom of the pit... to overcoming those health conditions and feeling at my best.

It is hard to find clean milk but seek and you shall find 🥛
Remember to 1) read the labels and avoid any food additives, 2) search how the food item was processed.. For milks, make sure it's whole milk not skim or 0 fat as it's highly inflammatory.
