Sometimes, when we think about #femininity , we also think fragile, like rose petals. But I believe we can be both feminine and strong.
Femininity, in general, is seen as frivolous. People often say feminine people are doing 'the most,' meaning that to don a dress, heels, #lipstick , and a hairstyle are artifice, fake, and a distraction. But I knew even as a teenager that my femininity was more than just adornments: they were extensions of me, enabling me to express myself and my identity.
A woman who is in touch with her feminine, maternal, and sensual side is a woman who is tremendously empowered! We should never have to suppress our femininity or adopt masculine traits in order to succeed.

The π is our main source of vitaminD & its benefits outweigh risk of cancer. In fact, VitD has a protective effect against all-cause mortality! We gotta be more concerned @ #melanoma from UVA. Just sharing an update of my healing process. So I got a massage on the beach & the therapist thought those were cigarette burn scars! π€£He said I didn't have psoriasis because his dad has #psoriasis & psoriasis didn't look like this. Well, good! Lol. I've heard it all by now, including silly advice from stupid family members about going to confession & asking forgiveness to cure psoriasis when all I needed to do was eliminate plant food! I've had amazing results on a #carnivorediet & #fasting .
I had read about plant toxins triggering #autoimmune & that switching to a #carnivorediet might help. I was skeptical but here's to show how fasting + steak MEAT, SALT, WATER DIET & a little SUN EXPOSURE without #sunscreen have healed me although every Dr. said diet has nothing to do with #psoriasis !
