Ghosting hurts! 👻
While we never assume that every client inquiry ends in a booking, it still hurts to be ghosted! We dedicate a lot of time to communicating with potential clients to better understand their vision, answering questions, giving suggestions for rental items, and creating and updating quotes.
We totally understand that we are not the right fit for everyone (and that is OK!), but it can be challenging to receive NO response at all. A short email or text saying that you’ve chosen to go in a different direction is ALWAYS appreciated.
