It’s my first time putting together a platter of 🍓🫐🍇🥝fruit tarts and I’m so proud of this. The tart pastry has the right crunch and thickness. The pastry cream is not too sweet 😁😁 and it has got a beautiful glimmering gloss. I find it really therapeutic decorating with the 🍓🍇🫐🥝fruits. I’d say that’s the best I’ve ever had! The meat is soooo tender it literally melts in the mouth. The spices and flavours blend so well it’s really THE perfect dish for me. I had it with rice and crispy potato wedges and had two portions of the dish to myself. . I was super picky choosing where and what to eat as almost every other restaurant in Istanbul is without air-condition or has a cat lurking around. I always wondered why Ayam brand (Ayam means 🐓chicken in Malay) doesn’t sell chicken in their product lineup. I’ve been a great fan of their tuna products, especially the spicy 🌶️ones.
