🌎Before beginning our distribution in the refugee camps, the women and girls sang us a song that translates to: “Mothers and fathers encourage us to continue our education so our country will be good.”
A lack of access to personal care items like menstruation and hygiene products is a barrier that prevents women and girls from going to school. That’s why through education, advocacy, and research, we’re working to address this issue and remove obstacles that prevent women and girls from advancing.
