This is the same reason why I'm teaching my dog commands in a different language and I'm not telling people the language so they don't look it up

honestly having a language to you specifically understand makes it to you. & accomdation to commands whether outside English or not needs to be done.

As a service dog handler I totally get that but having them have emergency commands in English would be helpful incase EMS needs to handle your dog.

Icelandic is a great language choice! Not people are gonna know it or understand so your dog will be greatly trained. It’s perfect for a service dog!
