My friends at Natalie’s Juices @nataliesoj sent me some of their fresh squeezed blood orange juice and I literally whipped up the most refreshing cocktail recipe for you!

Natalie’s blood orange juice is made from 100% Sicilian blood oranges - no preservatives artificial ingredients or added sugar!

I the classic Garibaldi cocktail and gave it a playful twist using flavors of blood orange, pomegranate, and mint.

Now for the game changer, use an immersion blender to whip the blood orange juice creating an incredible fluffy texture and providing some aeration to the juice,
#MindBlowing !

Blood Orange Garibaldi

4oz Natalie’s Blood Orange Juice (Fluffed)
1oz Campari
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5oz Pomegranate Grenadine
Muddled Mint
Garnish: Mint Sprigs & Pomegranate Seeds

Method:
Add a handful of mint to glass.
Pour the Campari, lemon juice and grenadine.
Lightly muddle the mint.
Fill your glass with crushed ice.
In a separate container pour your Natalie’s bloody orange juice and whip with immersion blender for 15 seconds.
Top your cocktail with the fluffy blood orange juice.
Garnish with mint sprigs and pomegranate seeds.
CHAMOY

I found everything I needed at the 99 to make this recipe! Keep in mind each 99 is different and caters to its community. If you find your 99 does not have these ingredients you may want to visit a store that is located in a Hispanic community. You could also find everything on Amazon if you prefer all organic items.

Chamoy is a delicious and tangy Mexican condiment, commonly used in various culinary delights. It's typically made from dried fruit, usually apricots or plums, along with a combination of lime juice, chili powder, and other spices.

The recipe I created above will last you 2 months in the refrigerator. If you choose to can it and vacuum seal the chamoy it will last a year.

Traditional:
* 2 (5oz) or bags of dried apricots (280g)
* 1 (5oz) bags of prunes pitted (140g)
* 1/2 cup of dried hibiscus flowers/tea (25g)
* 3 cups of water (650g)
* 6 tablespoon of homemade chili powder or chile piquin powder or even tajin (50g)
* 1/2 - 3/4 cup of white sugar (choose your preferred level of sweetness) (110-170g)
* 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (64g)

Mango:
* 2 (5oz) or bags of dried apricots (280g)
* 1 (5oz) bags of dried mango (140g)
* 1/2 cup of dried hibiscus flowers/tea (25g)
* 4 cups of water (866g)
* 6 tablespoon of homemade chili powder or chile piquin powder or even tajin (50g)
* 1/2 - 3/4 cup of white sugar (choose your preferred level of sweetness) (110-170g)
* 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (64g)

Tamarindo:

This recipe will be more tart than the traditional. If you want to sweeten it up, keep the prunes in it as well

* 2 (5oz) or bags of dried apricots (280g)
* 1 (8oz) box of tamarind (140g)
* 1/2 cup of dried hibiscus flowers/tea (25g)
* 3 cups of water (650g)
* 6 tablespoon of homemade chili powder or chile piquin powder or even tajin (50g)
* 1/2 - 3/4 cup of white sugar (choose your preferred level of sweetness) (110-170g)
* 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (64g)
