I’ve been doing my own gel-x nails for almost a year now and practice definitely makes better! I finally feel like I’m at a place where the application is where I want it to be. Zoning out and doing my nails allows me to be creative as well as dust off my cosmetology skills. Now to learn some designs and then you can’t tell me nothing! 😉

Soooooo I haven’t been very active on here BUT I did complete my 31 days of running 1 mile a day in August. I decided to take my challenge into September and adding some outdoor runs. Today was my first outdoor run and whew!! It was hard! I’ll ger better though! 😆

I’m challenging myself to run a mile a day for the month of August on top of my weekly workouts. I strength train 4 days a weeks so this will be my cardio. This is also a challenge for me to improve my running and eventually run a mile, no stops. Here’s day 1! #31daysofrunning
