Initially, guilt, shame, or other negative emotions will kick in. Intrusive thoughts will tell you that you are not deserving of TIME. But I challenged you to laugh at those thoughts. Don’t give those thoughts power. Sometimes, we ARE NOT OUR MINDS. Our minds deal with so many energetic entities such as good vs. evil, heaven vs. hell.

As much energy as it takes to create our own living hell, is as much energy as it takes to create our own beautiful life ❤️
