INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Arrowhead Mills All-purpose flour
1/8 tsp Baking soda
3/4 cup Chocolate chips, semisweet
3/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
5 tbsp butter, unsalted
Flaxseed Egg
2 tbsp Arrowhead Mills Flaxseed ground
5 tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
In a small bowl make the flaxseed egg, and allow it to set for 5 mins.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the butter is melted. Whisk in the sugar, flaxseed eggs, and vanilla. Stir in the oil and cocoa powder.
With a rubber spatula, stir in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Line a muffin tin with butter.
Scoop the batter into cupcake liners until they are each about 1/2 way full
Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
Press the center down with tbsp measuring spoon.
Allow to cool and remove from tin.
Add in egg shaped candies on top of the brownies and enjoy!

These muffins are the PERFECT fruity and nutrient-dense breakfast with a hint of sweetness!

3/4 cup @arrowheadmills mills buckwheat pancake & waffle mix
3/4 cup almond flour
100ml coconut or whole milk
1 large egg or 1 flax egg
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup of sugar OR raspberry syrup (highly recommend)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup icing sugar + 1-2 tsp milk
Whisk all of your wet ingredients together well. In two parts, add your buckwheat pancake mix, almond flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix until just combined— don’t over mix! A few clumps is okay.
Add your batter to your lined muffin tin and add your raspberries.
Bake for 7 minutes at 400F then finish at 350F for the remaining 12-13 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Place on a cooling rack.
Let your muffins cool before adding your glaze! Bon appetit 😋

Recipe:
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Arrowhead Mills coconut flour
1 1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp vegan butter (or coconut oil)
2/3 cup real peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup good quality vegan dark chocolate, chopped
To start, preheat your oven to 350F.
To prepare your base, combine the coconut and almond flours, 1/8 tsp of salt and your butter. Mixture should stick together when squeezed and resemble wet sand.
Press into the bottom of a lined pan of choice, depending on how thick you want them. A standard loaf pan was used in this recipe for a slightly thicker bottom crust layer.
Bake your bottom layer for 10-12 minutes and let cool for several minutes while you make the “caramel” layer.
In a small pot, combine your peanut butter, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, vanilla paste and remaining salt. Bring to a low boil then pour over the crust layer.
Let the two layers chill for 20 minutes in the freezer.
Once chilled and caramel layer is set, pour over your melted dark chocolate and freeze until set.
Cut into slices and leave in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

1/2 cup/100g sugar
1 large cara cara orange, zest and juice
1 cup/120g Arrowhead Mills organic rye flour
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup/50g melted butter
1/4 cup/45g plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup/60ml whole milk
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
glaze:
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp cara cara orange juice
1 tbsp strawberry syrup (optional but delicious)
Zest or freeze dried strawberries for topping
In a large bowl, add your sugar and zest.
Rub your zest and sugar together then add your juice and whisk.
Add in your other wet ingredients and whisk.
Fold in your dry ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix!
Grease your bundt pan and add your batter.
Bake in a 350F oven for 12-15 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool completely before adding your glaze, top with extra cara cara orange zest or crushed freeze dried strawberries and enjoy these bright and scrumptious mini bundts!

Add in your other wet ingredients and whisk.
Fold in your dry ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix!
Grease your bundt pan and add your batter.

2 Cups @arrowheadmills Organic Gluten Free pancake mix
1 1/2 cups water
2 scoops @drinkorgain vanilla protein powder
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix to combine, making sure there are no lumps.
2. Place mix into a plastic baggie (squeeze out air and seal.
3. Cut the tip-off of the baggie so that a smooth and steady stream of mix can easily come out.
4. Heat cast-iron skillet filled with about 2 inches of preferred oil until it reaches 350 degrees.
5. Squirt the pancake mix into hot oil.
6. Cook until golden on each side.
7. Drain on paper towel.
8. Dust with powdered sugar, jam or fresh fruit. ENJOY!

1 medium white or yellow onion
1-2 inch cube fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp dried)

1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 bay leaf
4 cloves garlic
pepper & salt
2 cups vegetable broth
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 large handful chopped cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot, add your diced carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Add your grated ginger and turmeric.
Let cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
Add your stock and bay leaf— bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour.
Blend your soup well until smooth using a stand or immersion blender.

2 cups Arrowhead Mills Red Lentils rinsed
1 medium yellow onion chopped
4 large cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 can full fat coconut milk
5 cups vegetable broth
4 large carrots diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large pan with the olive oil add in onion, carrots, garlic, and seasoning.
Sauté for an additional 6-8 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add in the red lentils, tomato paste, coconut milk and vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, covered, for about 25 minutes or until the lentils are cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Transfer to a blender (or use an immersion blender in the pan) and process until completely smooth.
Transfer back to the pot. Taste to add in salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 5 mins before serving.

With Valentine’s day right around the corner, these healthier GF chocolaty heart-shaped pretzels make for the perfect treat! Trade the sugar for protein with these soft, sweet & salty pretzels!
1 1/3 cup Arrowhead Mills organic GF AP flour
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cornstarch
sesame seeds for topping
melted chocolates for topping
flakey salt
2 tbsp milk or melted butter
In a large bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt.
In that same bowl, add your yogurt and butter.
Knead your mixture into a large dough ball then section into 4 larger equal dough balls or 6 smaller ones.
Shape each pretzel into a heart and smooth out any lumpy parts.
Brush with your milk or melted butter and then top with sesame seeds and flakey salt.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F depending on the size of your pretzels or until a deep golden brown.
Drizzle your chocolate onto one side of the pretzel and top with more flakey salt!
