Allwood grows all sorts of interesting vegetable varieties with diverse flavours and aesthetics not commonly found in the supermarket, which is what makes deliveries of things like these beautiful courgettes such fun!

Salinity is the name of the game here with Cristoph Wachter-Wiesler’s Blaufränkisch from Eisenberg - an iron rich soil imparts incredible minerality onto Béla-Jóska, making it a refreshingly summery wine, but with enough concentration and complexity to elevate it to food-worthiness.
