I put together three Fall looks inspired by Olive & June colors:)

But can someone tell me who these first time cold plunge people are who ease in all calm and collected??? I made less noise during childbirth 😂 I know that cold plunging will help recovery from long distance running (we are traing for a half marathon) and has mental health benefits but I am not sure i am cut out for this! We have been married 25 years and the tough love from the hubs was the only thing that got me to stay in for 5 minutes. Also why didn’t anyone say it HURTS???! Have you tried it? I’ve heard it’s easier with socks. Give me ice plunge and cold plunge tips. i might do it again because i felt like i took a happy pill a bit later, ugh. #iceplunge #coldplunge created by annamaegroves with annamaegroves's original sound
