• This last year has been extremely difficult for us business owners in DTSA. The city approved a construction project (lead by OCTA) to be done on our street. The construction closed down most streets and clients could not access our businesses; this caused many businesses to fall behind on rent. Unfortunately Chevita’s can’t no longer operate due to the several months of rent she is behind on.
• We have known the owner, Maria Perez, for several years and know that she is an extremely hard working person. We remember she started as a street vendor and her dream was to always have a place like the one she has today. Unfortunately, that dream is being taken away. All we could hope for is for support, the support from others. So PLEASE if you can come show some love and support ❤️
