Part 2 of Lauren and Kirk’s Beautiful Wedding So, Lauren and Kirk are both attorneys (I kid you not, Kirk took the NYS Bar exam 3 weeks before the wedding and graduated from Columbia Law 😝 - he’s currently finishing up his PHD at Harvard - I wasn’t joking when I referred to these two as brilliant!) Needless to say, they were hella busy in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding so they really gave me creative freedom with respect to design and decor for their big day! Sylvia of @capelilyflowers is one of my favorite florists to work with because she brings a level of sophistication that you can only truly experience walking into one of her events. The room smelled AMAZING! It is an art to accomplish this consistently and she does it every time - indoors and outdoors at that! Fun Fact: The venue had a party the night before and did not have a chance to breakdown the Dancefloor to the size we contracted with the Dancefloor wrap company @trustjevents - instead of just laying down the size that Lauren and Kirk paid for, they wrapped the entire Dancefloor and never even told me about it, I found out from the venue when I mentioned the Dancefloor looked larger than anticipated! These are the types of professionals you want working with you on your wedding day! They genuinely care - they don’t do bare minimum work - they get the job done by any means! The stars aligned when Lauren and Kirk met! I’ve had the privilege of meeting with them over the past 2 years to discuss their wedding, oftentimes those conversations became something completely different and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of them! They are intoxicating to say the least, brilliant, black excellence in all forms and friends for life! Their wedding was a culmination of Bridgerton, Enchanted Garden,🦄 Fantasy Wonderland, Repping Long Island to the fullest, and most importantly pure love! It was an absolute honor getting to know them and planning one of our best weddings!

To the vendors involved - you all went above and beyond in making Lauren and Kirk’s wedding an absolute success! It was FLAWLESS! Thank you for giving so much of yourselves in making their moment everything they so deserved! ❤️
