We do not always have the luxuries of equipment or a gym. Incorporating body weight exercises into your regime removes issues that may arise through life circumstances that do not allow access to a gym (for example).

The scientific benefits are there for all to see. The dopamine, serotonin and endorphins released from exercise gives you that feel good feeling post workout.
Imagine exercising 5/6 days a week and feeling the post workout ‘high’ throughout the week, every week.
It is proven that exercise can reduce depression which in turn has a significant impact on lowering suicide statistics, which are still very high unfortunately - which is terribly sad. As well as this, you can meet others, get involved in a new sport, improve your sleep, lose weight, reduce risk of disease or health complications; the list goes on.
UK Health Guidelines suggest we should be doing 150 minutes of exercise (75 minutes being vigorous activity, with strengthening activities on at least 2 days) per week.
With Christmas/New Years just around the corner, now is a time better than ever to start your journey; you do not need to wait until then. Take that brave step and watch your life transform.
