#TransparentMoment : Sometimes, being on this self-care journey is hard. I recorded this emotional moment last week. Then, I had an emotional day earlier this week. I’m not use to putting myself/my feelings first. My first instinct is to help solve someone else’s problem…even while trying to navigate my own challenges. It can be exhausting.
