🔸For this exercise, you will need a wall and a lacrosse ball.
🔸Place the lacrosse ball under your collar bone.
🔸Lean into the wall, rolling up and down, looking for any tight or tender areas.
🔸Once you locate a tender area hold and/or oscillate until the pain lessens, then move to another area.
🔸Complete for 1-2 minutes 1-2 times per day.
