Come watch our scientists investigate an abandoned Nuclear Facility that was once used to host a carnival in a small city. Rumor has it there was a fatal radiation leak that killed all the performers and workers from the carnival. The scientists have been sent in to purge the vents and see if they can prevent the reactor from leaking further. Teams Charlie 4 and Delta 4 have been sent in to help secure the area. You are observing footage recovered from Dr. Wellman's remains...
