I’m becoming unathletic because I sprained my ankle standing in front of the printer at work. 🥺

Yessir! Think about how often you bounce/hop/run/jump as a kid! Trying to keep that energy up in 2022

Yessir! Some would be surprised how hard it will be to just hop on one leg

I’m 44 and skate 4-5 times a week. Most people half my age have a hard time keeping up with my energy. Stay active and stay living life!

I 100% agree. At 40 my son keeps me young. We go play chase in the play ground at least 3 times a week. We always race to who touches the door first.

I workout 6 days a week at 31 and i can definitely say im less athletic than i was at 21. I 100 % agree tho the body has to move or we break down fast

Hey! What do you base this feeling on? Maybe it has more to do with your sleep, stress , responsibilities and diet at 31 versus the age itself

When I was in high school I used to plyometric jump over the highest setting on the hurdles. You couldn’t pay me to do an 18 inch box jump now
