Can you believe we used to cut every single puzzle this way? While most of our puzzles are not cut manually anymore, we still cut some of our kid’s puzzles with this process right here.

We sandwich the puzzle which is first a print on cardbard face down between the die, and the plastic board. When it goes through the roller press, theres a big roll that applys pressure on our puzzle sandwich and pushes the puzzle down into the blades on the die, cutting it! It takes about 60-90 seconds to prep, roll, and bag each kid puzzle.

Still feels magical to see all the pieces come out on the other side.
