#permanentLifeInsurance is without a doubt one of, if not, the best way to build wealth as I’ve been saying for quite some time now! For those of you who are in two investment properties, buying Airbnb property, rental units, etc., etc., owning and over funding a Cash Value life insurance policy, such as the index, universal life policy, is by far the best way to purchase said properties. Loaning money to yourself from yourself as opposed to obtaining a loan through a bank who’s going to charge you interest. When you borrow from yourself, from your policy, you have the option of paying yourself back. It’s not required, but definitely recommend it to continue with the cash accumulation.

You can! You TOTALLY can. You just WON’T. And that’s 100% a broke mindset; constantly and consistently, looking for a reason not to do something. Whereas a rich mindset or an abundance mindset is coming up with solutions to problems, and finding ways to do that same thing that the other person doesn’t want to do.
